What Easy Tráfego is

Easy Tráfego is a paid traffic analytics platform, with sales tracking and campaign management, for agencies and advertisers who run ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and sell online. It brings together, in one dashboard, what Meta knows about your ads and what your checkout platforms know about your sales.

How it works

You connect your Meta business portfolio. The connection uses Facebook Login for Business. In Meta's own dialog, you choose which ad accounts, Pages, pixels and Instagram accounts Easy Tráfego can access.
Easy Tráfego reads your campaign results. Spend, impressions, reach, clicks and purchases for each campaign, ad set and ad in the accounts you chose.
Sales arrive from your checkout platforms. You connect the platforms where you sell, and each confirmed sale is recorded in Easy Tráfego.
You see where each sale came from. Easy Tráfego matches sales to campaigns, with the help of the Easy Tráfego pixel installed on your websites, and shows which campaign, ad set and ad each sale came from, with revenue next to spend.
Your pixel receives the conversion events. When you turn on the Conversions API, Easy Tráfego sends confirmed purchases to the pixel you chose.

Each customer sees only their own data. Each customer works in a separate space, called a workspace, with its own team, connections and data. One workspace cannot see another workspace's data.

We do not sell or share your data. It is used only to provide the service to you. To do that we rely only on the processors listed in the Privacy Policy, such as our hosting provider.

How we use Meta data

In plain language, this is what happens after you connect Meta:

We only access what you chose. During the connection, Meta itself shows your ad accounts, Pages, pixels and Instagram accounts. Easy Tráfego only sees the ones you select.
We read results to build your dashboards. Campaigns, ad sets, ads and their metrics appear in your workspace, next to your sales.
We only create or change campaigns when you tell us to. Creating campaigns, ad sets, ads and audiences, duplicating an ad set, turning a campaign on or off or changing its budget: each action happens on your command, inside Easy Tráfego. Campaigns, ad sets and ads created by Easy Tráfego start paused. Nothing changes on its own.
We send conversions to your pixel, if you turn it on. Confirmed purchases go to the pixel you chose, through the Meta Conversions API.
From Instagram, we read the basics. The username of the professional account, the follower count and the daily follower count.
We keep the access safe. The access token issued by Meta is stored encrypted on our server and is never shown on screen.

We use data received from Meta only for what is described on this page, inside Easy Tráfego, and in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for any other purpose. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

Permissions the app requests, and why

During the connection, Meta shows the permissions below. Each one has a defined use:

ads_read: Read the campaigns, ad sets, ads and results (spend, impressions, reach, clicks and purchases) of the ad accounts you chose.
ads_management: Create campaigns, ad sets, ads and audiences, duplicate ad sets, turn them on or off and change their budget, always when you ask, inside Easy Tráfego.
business_management: Identify the business portfolio you connected and list its ad accounts and pixels, so you can add each one to the right workspace.
pages_show_list: List the Pages you chose, so you can add the Page of each client.
pages_read_engagement: Read the Page's name, picture, linked Instagram account and recent posts, so you can confirm it is the right Page.
instagram_basic: Read the username and ID of the Instagram professional account you chose.
instagram_manage_insights: Read the daily follower count of your Instagram account, to show new followers next to campaign spend.

The first three are required to connect. The Page and Instagram permissions are used to identify each client's Page and to show Instagram followers. Facebook Login for Business also grants public_profile and email to every app: from public_profile we use only the ID of the connection, and we do not read or store the email address of your Facebook account.

How to remove access

You can cut off Easy Tráfego access to Meta at any time, in two ways:

Inside Easy Tráfego: in the workspace, open Setup → Settings → Meta. A workspace Administrator clicks Remove on the credential card. This deletes the Meta token and credential stored for that workspace.
On Facebook: if the connection was made through the business portfolio, open Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps and remove the FY ADS app (Easy Tráfego's name on Facebook). If it was made through your personal account, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove the FY ADS app.
